Information you give us. When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address, if you provide one
  • ZIP code and the address of the job, when we need it to schedule a visit

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and the tools we use may collect:

  • Your IP address, browser and device type
  • Pages you view, the time of your visit and the page that sent you here
  • Whether you arrived from one of our Google ads (including an ad click identifier), and whether you called us or sent the form after clicking

This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your request, prepare your estimate and schedule and complete the work
  • To call or text you about your request, your appointment and your job
  • To send invoices and keep records of the work we did

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number, you agree that PrimeCoast Construction may call or text you about your estimate request, your appointment and your job. These are service messages, not marketing. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (781) 541-0178.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

How we share your information

We share personal information only as needed to run the business:

  • Service providers that work for us, such as our website host, form and email tools, phone and texting provider, and bookkeeping software. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • Google, through Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure website traffic and ad performance (see the next section).
  • Legal reasons, when required by law, a court order or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
  • Business transfer, if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. These help us count visits, see which pages are useful and know whether a visit came from one of our ads.

These third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, including when you visit our site. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still use the options in the section above to limit tracking.

How long we keep your information

We keep estimate requests, messages and photos for as long as we need them to answer you and complete your job, and customer and invoice records for as long as needed for tax and business records, generally up to 3 years after our last contact. If you don’t hire us, we delete your request and photos within 12 months.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as password-protected accounts and secure (HTTPS) connections on our website. No method of sending or storing data is 100% secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the website form or by text.

Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Call or text (781) 541-0178 or email primecoastmkt@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may keep information we are required to keep by law.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to other sites, such as Google Maps or our Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also add a notice on our home page.
